About me

I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Psychotherapist. I have worked with people with a range of mental health challenges for 25 years, in public services and as a counsellor in private practice. I have specialised in perinatal mental health, supporting women at a stage when the impact of early experiences on emotional wellbeing often comes to the fore.  My desire to learn how best to support people who have experienced early relational trauma led me to undertake training in the Conversational Model, an evidence-based psychodynamic psychotherapy.
